Lucy Liu, an American voice actress producer director and singer, is also an actress. Liu is a gorgeous, skilled actress that has inspired many Asian actors to make it in Hollywood. After several appearances in popular TV shows that made her famous, she was a part of the Ally McBeal legal comedy where she was Ling Woo. Her fame exploded into movies like Shanghai Noon or Charlie's Angels. The film Kill Bill Volume 1, Quentin Tarantino, she gave an amazing performance in the role of Japanese crime lord O-Ren Shiii. The actress also played the lead role in box-office failures such as Rise: Blood Hunter. Following that, she began voice-overs for prominent characters in animation films such as Kung Fu Panda. Mia Mason, in Cashmere Mafia and other small-screen characters was not able to achieve popularity. An appearance in the critically acclaimed police drama Southland was instrumental in establishing her as an actress of note.
